Today I got the official "Open Water Diver" certification card in mail. The front is on the picture and the back contains all the personal information, picture, date of certification, instructor name and number.
Currently shopping around for good diving sites around Northern Virginia/DC area. It's not Florida so most likely there are not many (sigh), but I hope there are still some that we could use for starter.
